ok… idk where to start with this, really. i’ve been following blackpink for almost as long as i’ve known you, so that’s.. over four years? maybe. and that’s also just about how long you’ve had this muse. so i’d like to think that i know blackpink (at least jensoo) fairly well, and your muse, too. that being said, you know how picky i am about idols i care about. i want them to be portrayed as close to ~the real one~ as possible (ok i get it the whole “you only know what they choose to show!!!” argument yes I KNOW) and you really do exactly that with jennie. i rped a trainee for quite some time too so i know what it’s like not to be able to actually know anything for sure, but you worked around that so well. over the years, i don’t think your portrayal of jennie altered dramatically per se, but there have been tweaks made each time something new was disclosed about her. from what i vaguely remember, your jennie was incredibly mature, boyish, and serious (for lack of a better term) in your earlier days, but as you gained more information and got to catch more glimpses of her personality, you progressively molded your muse to match the real one more, but it was all… very subtle, yet effective. just enough to notice and think “ah yes, that’s jennie,” but not too much for someone to be thrown off since it simply showed different sides that existed in one person. idk if that makes any sense. like… you’re still able to capture her incredibly motherly, mature, and leader-like side that you crafted in your earlier days of rping her, while managing to incorporate the childish, pure, cutesy side. just the way she is in real life, you balance it out so well. in terms of your writing, i like how straightforward and simple it is. i know how your writing was circa 2012 and seeing what it has become is pretty remarkable to me. you’ve improved so much, while still maintaining the factor that made it so uniquely yours, and it’s just.. so different depending on who you’re writing for, which really is a skill that doesn’t come so easily. i’m envious, really. but yeah i guess in short i just wanna say you’re an a+ jennie and a talented writer. glad you’re here doing what you’re doing.
