Arabella is currently going through a slow and painful death. She can still hide her burning, calloused skin under clothes but she’s physically weaker than normal (aka she fights like a mortal now). She goes through manic episodes, hallucinations, and tends to vomit blood. She is immortal but the cause of this sudden shift is because she broke the law of nature (trespasser / invader). Soulmates aren’t meant to co-exist in the same realm. Since leaving ‘the world that is’ (the other dimension) and staying in ‘the world this is’ (this dimension), the symptoms have been manifesting (generally - cold sweat, fatigue, pain, severe headaches, heart palpitations, shortness of breath, dizziness, numbness, facial drooping, difficulty with speech, wheezing, skin lesions, weight loss). Even quicker because she’s without the help of magic which she heavily relied on to survive and to travel back and forth realms in the first place.}

_{The source of her potions Astrina, the nymph, has passed on. She had been informed of the unfortunate news (by Jennie herself) but still denies it to be true.} 

_{In order to stay alive, she is looking for a ‘cure’, a cure meaning a spell or a potion that could reverse her death. The consequence of reversing her death, however, would mean Jennie’s instead and she only has little time to execute this. She is relying on Lucy to help her with this. Conditionally, Jennie dying in someone else’s hands would also lead to Arabella’s death since their souls are connected.}

_{She has stopped collecting items, manufacturing, modifying, and repairing since she’s slowly losing her ability. A lot of the things she normally did before has become inconvenient to do. The last thing she’s modified was her weapon, which used to be a weapon carried around her waist, now held within a metal backpack of ferritic stainless steel that serves as a secondary sheath. She has no permanent address. She crashes abandoned places; empty ‘for lease’ lots, laundromats in their non-business hours, and the likes. Sometimes she visits friends. She has reverted back to the habit of stealing, mainly clothes, food, and books.}

_{The portal back to her realm can only be opened using magic and this is a secret between her and Astrina. Since she hasn’t been able to go back, there have been no postings on The Gazette about her travels. Rumors have been passed around that she’s dead.}
