“Umm..” Ever so slowly does the younger drop her hands from her cheeks, only to hold them in front of her stomach with her fingers slightly intertwined. But, with her hands elsewhere now, there’s no way to hide the faint blush on her cheeks–a blush which darkens with the mimicking by the other. “I–I don’t–!” Yeoreum swallows and shakes her head slightly. Just when she tries to be calm, something else draws back those easily embarrassed feelings. “Mmm.. but– yes. Same but.. different..” She trails off as she glances to the side, only to find her gaze back on the elder girl at her request. Her eyes are widened slightly–from both disbelief and surprise–for did Jennie Kim just ask to see a movie with her? It was an unexpected thing to have been asked of by someone like Jennie ( does Jennie really have the time for her? ), but, even in all of the shock it’s giving Yeoreum, she can’t deny it made her happy. “Y-Yes– Yes–! Let’s watch it soon and you’ll be able to see the sprites and– w-wait.. I mean.. let’s.. watch it when we’re both free.. yes. And.. and it’ll be a good treat, like you said.. an afternoon off for the both of us.. well deserved too..! Just.. let’s stay in contact so we can find a free day.. yeah?

“You don’t? Sure?” She laughs, gently poking the dongsaeng’s reddened cheek. At this point, Jennie becomes confused as to why there’s so much timidness exuded when she’s being as casual as she could. She’s slightly taken aback by the series of stuttering and she wasn’t sure what they were for. Was the offer too forward? She’d expected it to be normal. Maybe they hadn’t known each other for long and they don’t get to see each other very often but she considers the younger a friend for sure, someone she can easily talk to when time permits it.

There’s pauses in her speech, too, as if she was hesitant. From this, Jennie could only assume Yeoreum, as the younger, relies on her to take the lead. She’s lucky she didn’t mind it as with her character, it almost came natural. “Yes, yes, yes? You have my number, right?” By instinct, she fishes out her phone from her pocket to check through her own list as well. She’s sure she has it. They’ve sent each other text messages in the past, unless it’s someone else she had in mind. Part of the cons of a busy schedule was the occasional instances where her brain would be scattered. “Hmm, speaking of time off. Do you have any days you know you’re off? Just off the top of your head?” Fingers slide through the surface of her phone, eyes crossing as it focused on the screen as she views her calendar.
