"So how're you liking the idol life? Is it everything that you hoped for?" // WELCOME TO EVTEKA!!

She bows her head by reflex at the sight of the senior that she easily recognized with his sharp features and his hair in its bright color. Attentive eyes widened, hands rest on her chest as she listens to the question that registers quick and she was about to answer with something instinctive like ‘it’s great’, but the second she thinks again, she realizes it had slipped her mind as well. “Oh,” she mutters nonchalantly with an innocuous expression, forefinger and thumb pinching the edge of her bottom lip. Then it’s followed by a soft chuckle, very brief as eyes warily look back up at the inquiring male.

She didn’t want to seem like she was mocking him in any way, hence the reluctance to freely laugh at her own error. Announcements had been made, teasers released as well. It was only natural to feel like it’s been set since everything was on its way to being official, though the debut itself — not quite there yet. “I can’t answer this question yet.” She sucks her lips in before biting down on the lower, nose scrunched with a barely audible hiss slipping off.

“I haven’t debuted yet, sunbaenim.” Her features soften with a smile soon afterwards. “I’ve been told a lot of advices so… and that’s all I know right now. It sounds… like my kind of thing. Not that I didn’t know what I was getting myself into way before, but the more it approaches, the more I hear about… you know, the life.” She air quotes to emphasize the term used, laughing off casually.

She didn’t want him embarrassed nor did she want the conversation, or small talk, to end there so she continues to give him some input either way and as politely as she could deliver. “I’m just excited to be on stage. I’ve been on one before and it… feels great, simply put. I wanna meet with the fans. For years, without debut, they’ve been very supportive of me. Sending me gifts, cheering me on when they meet me on the street, asking for my autograph.” She realizes the rambling she had gone on and when she does, she stops immediately.

“There’s… a lot of things I’m looking forward to.” An awkward laugh with a bit of nervousness escapes her. “You can say I’m really hopeful.”
