Right before it’s even on the dot, she was already in Gangnam with not a wink of sleep once again hence the evident change in her normally melanated skin, making it a tad more pale. This has been the customary for sometime now but she couldn’t complain because somehow, slumber was sacrificed for greater things. Even that was an understatement to describe the feelings she would get. The clock on her phone reads exactly 8:00 in the morning. She decides to walk along the crossroads, trying to see if there were other restaurants available for them to go to. Not that she was thinking of changing their plans anymore but it was all she could do while she waited. She didn’t want to alarm him by letting him know she had arrived an hour early than their agreed meeting, only to get him rushing to come. 

Laying low, she wanders aimlessly. It wasn’t drizzling like what the weather forecast had informed her so now she’s thinking she probably should have brought one of her dogs, especially since he hadn’t met any of them. And they’re already considering another little one to add into the family as if it wasn’t big enough as it is with four on each side. Minutes have passed and finally, it’s almost time. She doesn’t go to the restaurant right away just for the sake of hoaxing that she hadn’t been there the whole time. A message is sent first, and it reads:

[ kkt → my champ 💪 ] baby!! are you on your way?

She keeps it vague unlike most occasions when she would be extra, determined not to rat herself out.
