god is jennie thank u, next

hnla:

She was mindlessly walking when the girl’s sudden voice called out from behind her, the realization finally hitting her that the two were almost separated. Letting out a sigh of relief, she jogged over back towards the other, letting out a chuckle when she emphasized how important the buddy system was. “Don’t yell at me! I can hear you perfectly fine!” She exclaims, a cheeky grin plastered onto her face as she holds out her hand for the other to take. “What am I? A 12 year old kid? I know there’s a lot of people but I won’t get lost!” However, a moment ago she almost did. “…Okay, scratch that. The buddy system is very very important.”

Jennie had her moments, too. Leaving out whoever she was with and she’d only realized this as she looked over fantaken photos. How she was always ahead of the other girls when they were all together. She also noticed how she’d been the stern enforcer of time management, so everything had to be quick. She was always running around, catching up and doing many things. But in this case, she was worried about Halla. Though she looked like it, she wasn’t 12 and even Jennie knew the feeling of being treated like one. She didn’t like it so maybe she was on the wrong over the situation yet the indecisiveness in the other words only give her reassurance.

She chuckles, intertwining their fingers tightly. “Yes, it is! That’s why you’re not allowed to let go!” she says playfully, raising their fastened hands. “So now, where do we go? It’s so crowded in here. I didn’t think it would be.” she sighs, lips forming a frown.
